Founded because the SME problem was personal
JM Logistics Co., Ltd. (惠州市捷恩物流有限公司) was founded in July 2021 by Jolin Mor, a B2B international trade professional with over a decade of experience spanning surfing equipment, LED displays and resin crafts.
Those categories share a characteristic: they are awkward. Long and bulky, fragile and high-value, or magnetised and technical. In each of them the hard part was never finding a factory — it was what happened after the goods were made.
Working through that repeatedly led to a clear conclusion. Overseas SMEs do not fail because they cannot find Chinese suppliers. They fail because the process of buying, receiving, checking and shipping in China is fragmented across vendors who do not talk to each other, and nobody is accountable for the whole thing.
JM Logistics exists to fix that gap: one company that integrates transportation, warehousing and procurement support, with a warehouse at the centre rather than a forwarding desk. The founder's insight is simple — you cannot own the outcome unless you physically hold the goods.

One site in Huizhou, Guangdong — in the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt, roughly 40 minutes from Shenzhen airport.

Five rules we do not break
These are not values on a wall. They are the rules we use to decide whether to take a job at all.
We hold the goods
Anything we promise, we can verify — because it passes through our building. We do not offer services we cannot see or control.
Bad news first
If something is wrong we tell you before you ask. A problem reported on day three is a phone call; the same problem discovered at the port is a write-off.
Quote what we will bill
Every charge appears on the quote. If something unforeseeable appears later, it is our error to quote — not yours to absorb.
No kickbacks
We are paid by our clients, not by suppliers. Any saving we negotiate goes to you. This is written into our terms, not just stated here.
We decline bad cargo
Counterfeit goods, unauthorised branded products, false declarations — refused before you pay. Some revenue is not worth having.
We say no when it does not fit
If your order is better served by a direct carrier contract or a different service, we will tell you. A client who sends twice a year is worth more than one bad job.
Our capability, stated plainly

Warehouse
A physical receiving and consolidation facility with staff, racking and handling equipment. This is the core of the business — everything else connects to it. Free storage for the first 180 days.
Transport
Ocean, air, rail and express arrangements, plus our own vehicles on the main industrial corridors for factory pickup and port drayage. Sensitive cargo routed through dedicated channels.
Procurement
Supplier verification, on-site factory audits, negotiation and RMB payment settlement — for clients who cannot buy directly. Paid by the client, never by the supplier.
